When you touch your nose, it feels rough. Those tiny black dots look appalling. You want to get rid of these blackheads on the nose asap as they can cause acne. 10 steps to remove blackheads on nose permanently-

Steam

Before you try any blackheads’ removal masks, make sure that you take facial steam first.

To take facial steam-

  • Fill up a small pot with 1 cup of water.
  • Add 1 Tbsp green tea to it and bring it to a full boil.
  • Remove your makeup and clean your face with a gentle cleanser.
  • Pour boiling water into a big glass bowl.
  • Cover your head with a towel so that it drops down on either side of your face.
  • Trap the steam so that it concentrates near your skin.
  • Do not be very close to the steaming water- it can burn your skin.
  • Take steam for 5 minutes.
  • After that, you can apply toner and moisturizer.
  • You can apply a face mask after taking steam. Post that, hydrate your skin.

Steam opens up your pores and helps loosen up any dirt buildup for deeper cleansing. It increases circulation resulting in a healthy natural glow, and releases trapped sebum beneath your skin surface- a breeding ground for acne and blackheads.

Egg white

Take egg white in a bowl and apply it to the areas where you have blackheads, then cover it with the tissue paper where you have put egg white and put two more layers of it on tissue paper.
Leave it on as it is until it dries, then peel off the tissue gently from your face and continue with the rest of your skincare routine.

Egg white nourishes your skin and remove blackheads on nose gently.

Best natural spot treatments

Peel off mask

  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 1 tbsp activated charcoal
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Tea tree oil

In a bowl, take gelatin, then add a few drops of tea tree oil into the hot water and pour that water into the bowl containing gelatin. If gelatin does not dissolve, microwave it for 15-20 seconds. Pour this mixture into a bowl containing activated charcoal, and mix well until you get a paste-like consistency.
Apply one layer of this peel of mask on your nose, then after a few minutes, apply the second layer. Wait until the mask dries. Then peel it off gently.

It is my favourite way to remove blackheads in 5 minutes. Gelatin has amino acids which are the best for collagen production; activated charcoal is the best ingredient that draws out all the impurities and blackheads from the skin. Tea tree oil has anti-bacterial properties.

Simple ways to get rid of strawberry legs

Baking soda

  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp water

In a bowl, take baking soda and water and mix well. Apply this mixture to your nose and massage gently with it for a few minutes. Then wash it off.

If you have a tool for blackhead extraction, baking soda will be helpful as it brings the blackheads to the surface. And this makes the extraction process easy.
Make sure that you are gentle on your skin while using a tool- else, it would worsen the problem.

Legit ways to get glowing skin overnight

Disprin

  • 1/2 disprin tablet
  • water

In a bowl, take half a disprin tablet and pour a few drops of water on it. Once it dissolves, apply it only to those areas where you have blackheads. Once it dries, wash it off.
Ensure that you use this only in those areas where you have blackheads. Also, do not keep it for more than 5 minutes on your skin.
After using this mask, moisturize your skin properly.

Disprin acts as salicylic acid. It does not show immediate effects and penetrates after a few days. Wait for some time and let the face mask amaze you! Remember, patience is bitter but bears sweet fruit.

Skincare routine

If you have blackheads, do not miss the three-step skincare routine. It includes cleansing, toning, moisturizing. With that, do not forget to exfoliate your face at least once or twice a week.
Blackheads can occur due to the excess production of sebum, clogged pores and pollution. Therefore, cleaning and hydrating our face is a necessity. Easy yet efficacious, these two steps are what you need to bid a final goodbye to blackheads?

Salicylic acid and tretinoin

If you are not interested in DIY blackhead removal recipes, this will work for you. Use a face wash that contains salicylic acid as it helps dissolve the keratin that clogs pores which is the main reason for blackheads.
Tretinoin is shockingly effective in treating blackheads as it acts as a chemical exfoliator. It also tightens pores and controls excess sebum production.

Scrub to remove blackheads

  • 1 tbsp castor sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp green tea
  • Rosewater
  • 1 tbsp honey

In a bowl, take castor sugar. To this, add green tea and honey. Finally, add enough rosewater until you get a paste-like consistency. After taking steam, massage your face with this scrub for 5 minutes, then wash it off.

This face scrub will not only help you in cleaning your facial pores but will also prevent blackheads from appearing.
Sugar helps in physically exfoliating the face without making it dry. Green tea helps in getting rid of blackheads as it cleanses the pores. Honey has anti-inflammatory properties; rosewater balances the PH level of the skin.

Face mask to remove blackheads

  • 1/2 tbsp sandalwood powder
  • 1/2 tbsp fullers earth
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Yoghurt

In a bowl, take sandalwood powder and fuller earth. To this, add a pinch of turmeric and enough yoghurt until you get a paste-like consistency. Apply this face mask on your skin and wash it off after 15 minutes.

Fuller’s earth draws out any toxins from the face. Sandalwood is anti-inflammatory and soothing to our skin. Turmeric will act as a mild exfoliator; yoghurt will add moisture to the skin.

Green tea ice cube

Green tea contains EGCG, which reduces excess sebum production. And this helps in shrinking large pores- especially if you have oily skin.
Ice helps in tightening the skin. It increases blood circulation, which further helps in tightening the pores.
Do this before applying toner and after doing any of these DIY treatments.

Application:

  • Take some boiling water in a bowl and dip a green tea bag inside it.
  • Leave it in for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add green tea to each section of the ice tray.
  • Keep the ice tray in the freezer and let it sit for 2-3 hours or until the green tea becomes solid.
  • Apply the ice cube after cleaning your face.
  • Then, proceed with your daily skincare routine.
