  • Our skin is the largest organ of our body, and it is crucial to take care of it.

  • Ensure that you stop listening to your playlist one hour before sleeping if it does not have calming songs.

  • Prefer to take a light and nutritious meal at night. It will be easier for you to digest, and it is beneficial for your skin and hair.

  • Keep your bed clean.
  • Switch your cotton pillowcase with a silk one. Silk or satin does not absorb moisture from your skin and hair.
  • The improper sleeping position does not make us look cute while sleeping, and it might give us sore muscles in the morning. For a better posture, try a beauty pillow and weighted blankets.
  • Hydrate your body before sleeping.
  • Try meditating at least 10 minutes before sleeping to improve the quality of your sleep.
