Ingredients you need-
- Fresh mint juice
- Rice flour
- Wild turmeric
To prepare the scrub-
- Take 1 tbsp rice flour in a bowl.
- Add a pinch of turmeric to it.
- Add enough mint juice until you get a paste-like consistency.
- Use this scrub on a clean face. Massage your skin with light hands after applying the scrub for 3-5 minutes. Then, wash it off.

For this, you only need 2 ingredients-
- 1 tbsp fenugreek seed powder
- 1/2 tbsp honey
To prepare this massage cream, take 1 tbsp fenugreek seed powder and soak it in 4-5 tbsp water for 15-20 minutes until you get a gel-like consistency. You can add more water if required. Add 1/2 tbsp of honey to the gel. Massage your face with this fenugreek honey gel for 5-10 minutes. Then, wash it off.

To prepare this, you need-
- 1/2 tbsp wheat flour
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tbsp instant coffee
- 1/2 tbsp oat flour
- Any milk ( preferably raw milk )
- 1/2 tbsp fresh aloe vera gel
Add wheat flour, oat flour, coffee, honey, aloe vera gel and milk in a bowl and mix them all together until you get a smooth paste-like consistency. Apply this mask to your face. Massage it for a minute. Then, leave it on for 10-15 minutes and wash it off.

Massage your face for 5 minutes with tomato, coffee and honey (optional). Leave it on for 10 minutes. Let the juices get soaked into your skin and then, wash it off. Post that, proceed with your toner and moisturiser.
